He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Edward Stultz (Senior) and Orra Elizabeth Stultz. He is survived by: his wife Janice Jean Stultz; his children, Marney Ostrowski (Paul Miller) and Brandon Stultz (Heather Stultz); his grandchildren, Aaron Miller and Lia Stultz; his sister Debbie Kirch; and his family Gosnell House. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Portland Church of the Nazarene (525 Highland Ave, South Portland, ME 04106).
