He is survived by: his wife Ann Pelletier; his children, Michael Cowan, Jenn and Jeff (Alicia); his grandchildren, Brice, Addison, David Cowan (Patty) and Steven Cowan; his children, Alexandra (David), Amelia, Suzan Heine, Brock Thigpen and Ciara Thigpen; his stepdaughters, Caitlyn Heine and Morgan Gagnon (Bryan); and his sister Ann Smith. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home of South Portland (1024 Broadway, South Portland, ME 04106).
