He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Maurice and Doris Phillips; and his daughter Chelsea. He is survived by: his significant other Sarah Mills Phillips; his siblings, David Phillips (Claire) and Carole Demaranville Clark; his nieces, Heidi Demaranville, Laurie Bartlett (John) and Daneen Phillips; his nephew Steve Demaranville; his parents-in-law, David and Audrey Mills; his brother Peter; his sister-in-law Desiree Mills; his niece Danielle McLaughlin (Luka Weeks); his stepchildren, Samuel Wilson and Susanne (Stephen Hopkins); his grandchildren, Soren, Kaitlynn, Dominic, Abram and Rielyn; and also Chelsea Loren Phillips. He is also survived by two grandnieces and three grandnephews.
