He is survived by: his child Butch; his wife Juliann; his mother Norma Rackliff; his siblings, Elaine Taylor of Spruce Head, Steve Taylor of Spruce Head, Sandra Vose of Spruce Head, Ron Vose of Spruce Head, Dennis Rackliff of Spruce Head, Patty Rackliff of Spruce Head, Lanny Rackliff, Brenda Jane Llera and Bonnie DeWolfe; his parents-in-law, Joann Hooper of Rockland and Perry Hooper of Florida; and his sister-in-law Sherry Gagne of Rockland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
