He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moore and Wilhelmina "Winnie" Moore; his wife Sherri Moore; his sister Deborah; and his nephew Shawn Burrill.
He is survived by: his son Joshua Fogg (Tisha) of Brookton; his grandchildren, Nathan, Faith and Connor; his daughter Wendy Higgins (Kris) of Calais; his grandchildren, Rachel and Kenzie; his siblings, Raymond Moore (Wendy) of Carmel, John Moore (Stacy) of Topsfield, Jim Moore (Donna) of Springfield and Jean Burrill (John) of Codyville, Maine; his sister-in-law Ellie Hanscom of Lincoln, Maine.; his siblings' children, JJ Burrill (Marie Gilman) of Topsfield, Maine and Rae-Lynn Crawford (Robin) of Mattimiscontis, Maine.; and his close friends, Meghan Black, Frank Pulver, Steven Rhoades and Greg.
