He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bouchard and June Bouchard (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bouchard of Van Buren; and his children, Laura Bingiel (Julio Nieves) of Bath, Amie "Joe" Bouchard Jr. of Van Buren, Timmy Bingiel (Jeanette) of Texas and Chris Bouchard (Cindy) of Van Buren. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seven siblings.
