She was predeceased by : her stepfather William Forrest; and her grandchild Kalani. She is survived by : her husband Norman J. Levesque of Van Buren; her children, Jonathan of Massachusetts, Kristi of Massachusetts, Jacob of Massachusetts, Jesse of Massachusetts and Belinda of Massachusetts; her mother Linda; and her grandchildren, Jaiden, Jocelyn, Kamrin, Makao, Mason and Elijah. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
