He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillaume Cormier and Hattie Cormier (Vaillancourt); and his brothers, Harold, Roger and Gene Cormier.
He is survived by: his wife Yvette Cormier (Levesque) of Van Buren; his sons, Jeffrey Cormier (Janick St) and Joey Cormier (Heather Michaud) of Van Buren; his siblings, Percy Cormier (Tina) of Van Buren, Nelson Cormier (Annemarie) of Van Buren, Theresa Levesque (Gerald) of Van Buren, Steve Cormier (Brigitte) of Van Buren and Fred Cormier of Island Falls; and his grandchildren, Veronica, Monica, Genevieve, Hailey, Connor and Mya. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
