She was born in Van Buren January 13, 1928, a daughter of the late Henry and Annie (Cote) Jacques, and the loving wife of the late Charles Soucy Sr. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, funeral service will ab announced at a later date by Lajoie Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren.
