He is survived by: his niece Charlene Elmblad; his children, Steven Chabre (Shirley) of Terryville, CT, Larry Chabre of Danielson, CT and Norma Trepkus (Brian) of Coventry, CT; his siblings, Edwina Michaud of Grand Isle, Juliette St, Irene Rowland (Gene) of Florida and Romeo Chabre (Martha) of Bangor; his grandsons, Christopher, Jonathan, Kevin and Jason; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Trinity and Gabrielle; and his wife Maxine Chabre (Gagnon).
