He was predeceased by: his parents, Alyre Germain Levesque Sr. and Jeanne Sophie Isabelle Violette; his siblings, Verna Levesque, Nelson Levesque and Marie Ange Heartsgrove; and his cousins, Rose and Theresa Martin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Viola Ketch, Germaine Levesque of Auburn, Lou Ann Skidgel of Caribou, Claudia Thibodeau of Van Buren and Alyre Levesque Jr. of Van Buren; and his cousin Emile Martin. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
