With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roland A. Deschenes of Van Buren, Maine, who passed away on December 31, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcide Deschenes and Matilda Deschenes (Clavette); his son Don Deschenes; and his siblings, Rolande Murphy, Claude and Clermont Deschenes.
He is survived by: his children, Patsy Nicastro (Chris) of Gloucester, MA, David Deschenes (Donna) of Seabrook, NH, Aldeo Deschenes (Jessica) of Seabrook, NH and Nancy Moreau (Paul) of Grand Falls, NB; his close friend Jeanne Corriveau of Van Buren; and his siblings, Dorianne Michaud of Canada, Conrad Deschenes (Rita) of Florida and Real Deschenes of New Hampshire. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
