With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Cain of Vassalboro, Maine, born in Augusta, Maine, who passed away on April 4, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred L Jones and Madeline M. Jones (Foster); her husband Richard Cain Sr. (Dick); and her son Mark W. Cain. She is survived by : her children, Kevin Cain (Regina) of Benton, Alison Thompson (Kevin), Richard Cain Jr. (Stacey), David Cain (Terri), Meridith Cain and Alfred Jones Cain (Rhonda) of Vassalboro; her close friend Henry Pooler (Bonnie); her siblings, Shirley J Jones and Alfred M Jones (Bub); and her siblings-in-law, Silas Cain (Lorette), Maureen Macomber (Bill) and Patricia Crocker (Pat). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
