He was predeceased by : his parents, John V. Churchill and Blanche Churchill (Doherty); his daughter Jodi Leann; and his siblings, Austin, Betty, Beryl, Jack, Juanita, Gerald and Lona.

He is survived by : his stepchildren, Vickey Lynn of Wichita, KS, Lance Leeland of Wichita, KS and Ryan Ross of Presque Isle; his wife Virginia Churchill (Amore); and his siblings, Robert W. Churchill, Evelyn Day and Linda Sowers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
