She was predeceased by: her parents, Ormand West and Doris West; her brother Ormand; and her nephew Andrew. She is survived by: her husband Ramon Alberto Perez; her children, Kim Smith (Troy Smith) and David Perez (Crystal Elliot-Perez); her granddaughter Imogen Perez; her sister-in-law Pat West; and her niece Kristin West. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
