We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2019, at the age of 88, Charlotte Lowell (Windham, Maine), born in Gorham, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie R. Rogers and Howard O. Rogers. She is survived by: her husband George W. Lowell, Jr; and her sister Laura Jane.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to: Hospice of Southern Maine, 180 US Route One, Scarborough, ME 04074, honoring the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House for the compassionate care she and her family received there.
