With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Eleanor Davies (Windham, Maine), born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on April 13, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Ellen Lucille Libby; her stepfather Waylend Jenkins; her husband Leon Davies; her children, Scott, Jennifer and Jessica; her grandchildren, Andrew, Aaron, Andrea, Alexandra, Elana and Dillon; her great grandchildren, Vincent and Lenora; her brother Ray; and her aunts, Vesta and Dorna.
There will be a memorial service but due to the global pandemic and restrictions, a date has not been set at this time.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the cancer society as she was a breast cancer survivor or a charity of choice.
