He is survived by: his wife Rosemary (Buotte); his son Frank, Jr.; his wife Kim of Fairfield, ME; his children, Timothy (Elizabeth) of Hartland, WI and Anne Fongemie of Gardiner, ME.; and his grandchildren, Peter, Joseph, Samuel, Alexandra, Charles and Grace.
Visitation will take place at 9:00 A.M., Friday, March 9, 2018 at Hobbs Funeral Home, 230 Cottage Road, South Portland followed by a Memorial Service at 10:00 A.M.
