He was predeceased by: his father Vaughn Glidden; his former wife Brenda Sibley; his stepfather Vincent Rush; and his grandchild Linc. He is survived by: his daughters, Effie Harding Moody and Katherine Murphy Gilson; his mother Rena Glidden Rush; his brother Stephen Glidden; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Sibley and Abe Sibley; his mother-in-law Dolores Lavallee; his children, Madalynne, McKenzee, Mathew, Xander, Bodhi, Kilaynea, Whyatt, Laeklin, Cashdon and Dawson; his wife Holly; his children, Sara (Jason), Seth (Stephanie), Michael Weaver and Tristian Weaver; and his friend Charlotte Henkel.
Because of the wonderful care Jonathan and his family received at the Gosnell House, the family would appreciate any donations to go to the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough.
