She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Lingard and Lucille Williams Lingard; her parents-in-law, Lloyd and Louise Libby; and her siblings, Mildred Dresser, Marcia Asker, Ronald King, Elizabeth Cushing, Jeanne Oakes, Ray Merle Lingard, Lawrence Lingard, Janet Dickey, Vivian Rousselle and David Lingard.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne J. Libby; her daughter Toni Libby; her grandchildren, Alex Southworth, Jordan Smith and Ava Hodgkin; her great grandchild Rider Nason; her sister-in-law Kathryn Austin; her stepchildren, Tracey Harasymchuk of Rochester, NY and Colleen Renke of Rochester, NY; her nieces, Pamela Acker and Merry St. Pierre; and her friend Becky. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
