It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Wood (Windham, Maine), born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 27, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Allan L. Wood; and her sister Barbara Jackson Swenson. She is survived by: her son Paul A. Wood (Nannette) of Windham; her grandchildren, Tyler Wood of Buxton and Erin Wood of Buxton; her sibling's children, Vyonne Swenson of Hydeville, VT, Jennifer Gilliland of Snowhill, MD, Shelby Wood Mills of Shiloh, IL, Mark Wood of Douglasville, GA, Chris Wood and Stephen Wood of Gorham; and her parents, Laton Jackson and Lois Jackson (Mantor).
Since Peggy volunteered time to the Falmouth Food Pantry which was originated by one of her greatest friends, Jane Sudds in the early 1980's out of the back of her car, we ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Peggy's memory to the Falmouth Food Pantry at 271 Falmouth Road, Falmouth, ME 04105.
