He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rousse (Langley); his children, Brad Rousse of Prague and Amy Rousse of Windham; his siblings, Scott Langley, Todd Langley (Cindy) and Nancy Miller (Gordon); and his siblings' children, Corey Langley, Michael Langley, Seth Miller and Hannah Miller.
