He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Greenslade and Dorothy Lyon (Allen); and his wife Barbara Lyon (Yola). He is survived by: his brother-in-law Roger Vaughn, Sr.; his daughters, Perryn Carnahan, Stacey Lyon and Darcy Thornton; his son-in-law Todd; his son Guy Ladd (Anne Russo-Ladd); his grandchildren, Cheyne, Chase Carnahan, Nina, Kira Thornton, Abigail, Thomas and Matthew Ladd; his great grandchild Aisling Carnahan; his sister Mary Frances Vaughn (Lyon); his nephew Roger Vaughn, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Constance McVey (Ladd).
