He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel N. Southard and Anne Mae Southard (Cobb); and his wife Sharon Ann St. Armand. He is survived by: his niece Maureen Bishop (Bruce); and his brother-in-law Brian Foster. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
