He is survived by: his former wife Diane; his son Andrew; his former wife Pam; his wife Pam; his sons, Andy and Jonathan; his mother Gloria; his sisters, Deborah, Judith, Mollie and Tara; and his stepgreat-grandchild Connor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
