He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Toby C. Madsen and Marion Madsen of Portland, ME; his significant other Maryann Lawton (Gail Madsen); his children, Michael (Sally), Tom Jr. (Donna) and Teri (Tim Nealon); and his grandchildren, Alex, Matthew, Caroline and Olivia.
