He is survived by: his wife Mary Harris (Fogg); his daughter Elaine Simmons (Harris) of Wellsboro Pa; his grandchildren, Kim, Kellie Harris, Derek, Ben Emmons, Sarah, Josh Simmons and Hannah Welfling (Simmons); and his great grandchildren, Kelsey Garland (Harris), Maya, Dylan Emmons, Scarlett and Ben Jr..
