We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2020, at the age of 78, Joyce Elaine Nelson (Windsor, Maine), born in Gardiner, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Phillip James Sr. and Eleanor Welsh James; and her daughter Jodi Elaine. She is survived by : her husband Brian Nelson of Dacula, GA; her siblings, Janice Cameron of Winthrop, ME, Carol Cook (Ross) of Charlestown, NH and Phillip James (Helen) of Monroe, GA; her children, Howard Truman (Tina) of Dacula, GA, Gayle Nivus of Dacula, GA and Timothy Truman (Tammy) of Snellville, GA; and her stepchildren, Eric Nelson (Ann-Marie) of Melrose, NM and Jennifer Van Der Merwe (Brend) of Fort Sumner, NM. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
