Lillian Elizabeth McPhail Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lillian Elizabeth McPhail of Woolwich, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lillian Elizabeth McPhail to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Strout and Lottie Strout (Hodgkins); her sister Gladys Hodgkins; and her half-sister Evelyn Reckord (John McPhail). She is survived by: her husband John McPhail; her children, Wayne (Jean Furber), Linda (Gary Varney), Pamela Ritenour and Debra McPhail; and her sisters-in-law, Joan McPhail and Janice Francis. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Woolwich Baptist Church (15 Fellowship Dr, Woolwich, ME 04579).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Woolwich Baptist Church or a charity of one's choice.
