He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward A. Maney and Jeannette Maney (Hamel). He is survived by : his wife Rosemary Maney (Johnston); his children, Edward "Ted" J. Maney Jr. (Mary) of Wakefield, MA, Cynthia Bartels of Springfield, MA, Marguerite Bacon of York and Maribeth "Beth" Jimenez (Ray) of York, Maine; and his sister Theresa Florek of Westfield, MA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
