He was predeceased by : his brother Stacey B. Lowell. He is survived by : his parents, Richard B. Lowell and Nancy J. Lowell (Larson) of Brownville; his brother Justin W. Lowell (Lynne); and his nieces, Eliza and Isabel of Shapleigh, ME. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
