He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Covel and Gladys Covel (Brawn); and his sister Claire Sturtevant. He is survived by : his wife Glenys; his sons, Gary Covel (Brenda) of Wells and Alan Covel (Jen) of York; his grandchildren, Ryan Hyotte (Jeff), Jennifer Linscott, Julie Covel and Daniel Covel; and his great grandchildren, Thomas, Courtney, Taylor and Hayden.
