She was predeceased by : her parents, McKinley Oisten and Madeline Oisten (Anderson); her husband Howard "Russ" Russell Sr.; her stepmother Laura; and her siblings, Arvilla (David Kaylor), Richard Oisten, Barbara (Richard Smith) and Pauline (James Seabright).

She is survived by : her daughter Linda Umlor; her son-in-law Nick Umlor of Conklin; her son Howard Russell Jr.; her daughter-in-law Trina Russell of Lake City; her daughter Kathleen Kidder; her son-in-law Douglas Kidder of Battle Creek; and her children, Christine Russell of Hamilton and Richard "Dick" Russell of Allegan. She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
