The passing of Joseph Curtis Bononia Sr. of Allegan, Michigan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 17, 2025 at the age of 71. Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joseph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clovis Bononia and Idella Bononia (Hicks). He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Thoma); and his children, Sara Bononia, Elizabeth Bononia, Joseph Bononia (Jennifer) and Joy Bononia. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
