She is survived by: her sons, Gary Adamczyk, Michael Adamczyk (Mikelle), Joseph Adamczyk (Michelle), Anthony Adamczyk (Kimberly), Gregory Adamczyk (Cathy) and Gerard Adamczyk; and her siblings, Janet Marie Adamczyk, Ann Spaulding (Robin), Henry Piwowar and Modesta Piwowar. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
