He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Eva Meekhof. He is survived by: his parents, Harlyn Sall (Sandy) and Faye Hodges; and his siblings, Deb, Randy Willis, Dianne, Gary Torno, Cindy and Bruce Driesenga. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
