He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Diane Hunderman (John), Lee Talsma (Ginny), Dawn Louwsma (Michael) and Dan Talsma (Teresa); his grandchildren, Chad Hunderman (Marianne), Eric Hunderman (Shea), Stephanie Warolin (Ben), Brian Hunderman (Sheri), Sarah Berens (Justin), Jamie Mace (Will), Courtney VanDis (Mike), Dan Louwsma (Trisha), Ashley Talsma (Sam Place), Stacie Talsma and Jared Talsma; his sister Betty VanOrder (Art); and his siblings-in-law, John Grassmid (Donna), Winn Holstege (Ed) and Ron Grassmid (Ruth). He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be given in Jerry's honor to Borculo Christian School.
