He is survived by: his wife Sabrina; his children, Mackenzie, Brandyn Miller and Brenden Sluyter; his pets, Maxamis and Teddie; and his siblings, Sandra (Dave Tryon), Sharon DuMond, George (Marla Holzapfel) and Bettyejo (Rodney Zielinski). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
