He was predeceased by: his wife Helene; and his sister Marilyn Henrickson. He is survived by: his children, Ron, Susan Roskamp, Ellen and Harry Dan; his grandchildren, Andrew, Monica Roskamp, Alisha, Tom Bruggema, Kristin and Kaitlin Dan; his great grandchildren, Brendon, Carter, Makenna, Emmett Bruggema and Ada Roskamp; his siblings, Marvin and Janice; and his siblings' children, David and Nancee Kraker.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Fellowship Reformed Church Youth Ministries.
