He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Singell and Frances Singell (Emerick); and his brothers, Joel, Tim and David Singell.
He is survived by: his wife Sally; his daughters, Dawn Anderson (Dennis), Kim Cowhy (Walt) and Jennifer Balcom (Brian); his grandchildren, Erika Anderson, Emily Anderson and Daniel Thanasiu; and his siblings, Larry Singell, Roma Bulone, Retha Blocher, Violet Hnanicek and Carol Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
