He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Douglas Ellsworth and Elizabeth Twila Ellsworth (Ryan); his wife Loretta; his children, Natalie Koreis (Marty LaBar), Matthew Ellsworth (Michele), Sandra Ellsworth (Wayne Daoust), Douglas Ellsworth (Dawn), Mark Ellsworth (Kim), Patrick Ellsworth and Robert Ellsworth (Cheyenne Myers); his grandchildren, Michael, Steven, Seanna, Shaun, Bryan, Tyler, Kyle, Hunter and Spencer; his siblings, David Ellsworth (Jann), Darlene Repke (Randy), Denise Ellsworth and Dawn Riggan (Lew); his sister-in-law Colleen Atwood (Ted); his aunts, Gayle Jackson and Shirley Ryan; and his sisters, Deborah Sprague and Diane Ellsworth. He was also cherished by several cousins, nephews, and nieces.
