He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Chojnacki and Alice Chojnacki (Budnick); and his siblings, Glen, Edward and Bernadine.
He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Gerow (Paul) and Brittney Chojnacki; his grandsons, Connor, Jaxson, Corey and Rhys; and his siblings, Ronald Chojnacki, Kathy Peters (Ken), Anita Hincka, Arlene Chojnacki, Roger Chojnacki (Tammy), Raynard Chojnacki and Darwin Chojnacki (Catherine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
