He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Montie and Syble Montie (Schultz-Reynolds); his son Floyd III; his sister Maurella Davenport; his father-in-law Clarence Donakowski (Sonny); and his nephew Jake Tayek.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Donakowski; his son Nick; his close friend Lexi; his children, Nicholas of Alpena, Heather of Alanson and Angela of Farmington Hills; his sister Gloria Tayek (Ron) of Iowa; his siblings-in-law, Tom Donakowski, Ken Donakowski (Ann) and Jeanne Graichen (Clyde); and his mother-in-law Shirley Donakowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Floyd enjoyed farming, coin collecting, hunting, fishing, casino trips, Wednesday trips to the auction sale with his buddies and weekly breakfast with friends before COVID.
