With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanetta Balcer of Alpena, Michigan, born in Gotebo, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 20, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry Brown and Alice Brown (Parsons); her spouse Thomas J. Balcer; her son Glenn William Quaife; her stepson Daniel Balcer; and her siblings, Bill Brown, Duane Brown and Guinivere Bollinger.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Dennis Balcer (Marilyn), Patricia Hayes (Mike) and Pam Shoemaker (Nathan). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
