She was predeceased by: her parents, Alden Dreier and Lillian Dreier (Dippman); her son Gregory Romstadt; her siblings, Norman "Freddie" Dreier (Janice) and Annette "Nettie" Dreier; and her brothers-in-law, Sam Reynolds and Russell Strausbaugh.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, William Romstadt, Jr. (Jeanne), Michael Romstadt (Kathy), Laura Mills (Duane), Beth Romstadt, Mark Romstadt (Michelle) and Susan Quarandillo (Shawn); her siblings, Thomas Dreier (Gemma), Mary Sue Ostafi, Theresa Ballantyne (James), Regina Reynolds and Martha Dreier; her sister-in-law Carrie Magnuson; and her close friend Carole Pelleran. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
Her countless contributions to the sport of bowling were honored as the lone inductee into the Youth Alpena Bowling Association Hall of Fame in 1996.
