She was predeceased by : her parents, Archie Lewandowski and Violette Lewandowski (Szejbach); and her sister Grace Lobel. She is survived by : her husband Walter Weinkauf Jr.; her daughter Jennifer of Chicago, IL.; her goddaughter Kristen; her nephews, Zach, Josh Sylvester (Sara), Ben Sylvester (Michelle) and Zachary Lobel of Alpena; her niece Kristen Cadarette of St. Petersburg, FL; her sisters, Jayne Cadarette (Mike) of St. Petersburg, FL, Laura Sylvester (Paul) of Alpena and Mary Lewandowski of Alpena; her brother-in-law David Lobel of Alpena; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma, Jack of Alpharetta, GA, Charlie and Lyla of Cumming, GA; and also Bentley. She is also survived by her friends and family – was a kind, loving, and supportive mother, wife, sister, aunt, daughter, and friend.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Huron Humane Society of Alpena or Friends Together of Alpena.
