He was predeceased by : his father Captain James Howard; and his grandparents, Lowell, Ruth, Eric and Hilda.
He is survived by : his children, Michael, Catherine and William; his mother Helen Howard; his sister Larissa Long; and his former life partner Christina. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, close friends, classmates.
