She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Frederick and Thelma Lucille Mellendorf (Ross); her husband Gary Gene; her son Randy Harvey; and her sister Fronda Mellendorf-Janik.

She is survived by: her daughter Loriann Withun; her granddaughters, Mandy and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Dakota, Hailey, John and Nevaeh; her siblings, Linda Mellendorf and Lee; and her sister-in-law Betty Mellendorf. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to "Wishes of the Family".
