She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sparks and Ada Sparks (Nee Evans); and her husband Ralph G. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Carol Grimstad (Don), Keith Lewis (Laurie) and Brian Lewis (Kristi Cromwell); her grandchildren, Heather Grimstad (Jeremy Nestlerode), Justin Grimstad (Kristen), Andrew Lewis, Katie Rotarius (Kyle), Philip Lewis (Chelsea), Kelly Lewis (Tony), Paige Lewis, Myles Lewis and Emily Cromwell; and her great grandchildren, Flynn, Liam, Ella, Theo, Ada, Ainsley and Wesley.
