He is survived by: his stepfather Avery Pool; his wife Lori Lewis; his children, Katrina Lewis, Kristina Bond, Robert Bond, Krystal Lewis, Ashley Lewis Davis, John Lagrone, Amanda Pike, Samantha Brady and Cody Brady; his grandchildren, Kylee, William, Caiden, Destiny, Ashden, Kayleigh, Serenity, Xzavier, Christian, Julian, Johnny, Dakoda, Mason, Heather, Cloe, Brendon, Makayla, Anna, Reagan, Sophia and Grayson; his siblings, Kenneth and Lanora Lewis; and his siblings' children, Delphina, Danielle, Domonique, Jaylynn, Santiago, Kenneth, Macy and Rylie.
